So i got a new oil pump brand new and there is a cut out for an o-ring, but it didn't come with one, is that something i need to buy seperate? And does anyone know the part number, btw its for a b16 (type r pump) same thing though.

well since i get off of work just around the time they close i was wondering what the hell to ask for in case they had to order it. so yea, thanks but that was my last resort, tryin to get my motor together this weekend

 

When u go to the parts dept counter, they will have a computer there and they will bring up an expolded view of the oil pump assembly and related parts. Just look at the pic closely pick out the O-ring u need.
