Default CAN'T SHIFT WITH ITR SAY BAR ON

I got a itr front sway bar for my 97 cx. well i need control arms so i found 97 del sol front lower control arms(flc). well they did not fit when i went to install them. so i took them apart and used the side with the end link mount. i did this on both sides all went great i put the itr bar and end links in all went great. then when i put load on the car the shifter would be really hard to shift. the **** linkage rubbs hard core on the itr bar. any info well help
thanks for your time

im not a noob just forgot my password and devnull@honda-tech.com is no help

The bar is definently supposed to route over the top of both shift linkage bars (between the linkage & the body in the exhaust tunel). I installed a 24mm bar on the front of my EG, and had no interferance problems. In fact, once it was bolted into place, the bar actually tucked into a tiny space between the front crossmember and the chassis far away from the shift linkage. The only difference from the EG to the EK setup is the bar mounting brackets (#3 in pic below). If you have the EG/DC ones, you may need to switch to EK ones (keep #2 from the integra though)...

Why couldn't you use the whole LCA from the Del sol (what part didn't fit)?

i think your problem has nothing to do with control arms but its the fact that your bar is out of an integra. the center bend of the bar is most likely differently shaped. also, did you put the bushings onto the subframe? sounds like a supid question but hey, people do some crazy **** out there, lol
