The new Muffler mounted turbo kits heard were real bad And i rode in one (Uncle brand new gto with the sts kit and i tell you that thing is bad)!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to know ur opinions bout them and U think they will be bad if they come out for one with civics?????
There was a comparisson somewhere where they tasted same turbo size on ls1 that made 100ftlb way earlier in power band with engine mounted turbo.
they just came out with a prototype for integras and civcs. they claim to get 217whp at 6 psi on a non intercooled 1.6 liter on pump gas and 352whp on a modified 2.0l at 10psi

No, you do not want to use this in your Civic. The only reason this was ever developed is because there is no room under the hood of a V-8 car for turbos, and it has lasted this long because V-8's do not need a lot of help to make a scary amount of power.
With the right cam a 5.7l N/A V-8 can make as much power as a Honda with 25+ PSI, and much more torque. The little inefficient turbo with the terrible spool rate is just a bit of icing on the V-8 cake.
