i was just wondering if a gsr oil pan fit a ls motor

would an ls oil pan fit a gsr block(bolt right up)?

The bolt pattern is the same, but the LS pan won't fit with the GSR crank girdle and oil pickup.

Yeah a GSR pan will fit an ls motor just fine. You don't have to change the pick up(Besides they bolt up differently anyways). But an LS pan won't fit a gs-r.

i run a gsr oil pan in my lsvtec and it works fine, i am even useing the ls oil pick up.
the reason i am runing a gsr oil pan is because i have the jdm oem itr 4-1 header and it cant be run with the ls/b16 oil pan because it hit the pan and it was made ofor b18c's

The LS and B16 oil pans are exactly the same.
