D16Z6 cam rocker torque?

D16Z6 cam rocker torque?
What are the torque specs and order for this head? Just got a valve job, but the shop didn't tighten the rocker bolts down. If anybody has them handy, I would appreciate it. Please don't tell me to check Helms, my Helms is for the EF CRX, and I am not sure if the specs are the same for the VTEC head.
