Default 1990 Civic H/B

Just got a 1990 Civic Hatchback DX. I'll be buying my own engine swap and having my mechanic put it in for me. I'm planning on using one of the B16 series engines. Some questions that he had were:

Do I need to change the computer in the car?
Do I need to change the electrical wire harness?
Do I need to change the throttle body?
Do I need to change the multi-port?

He suggested I go online and research before I ordered my engine. Anyone know which engine is the best to swap in?
