It should work fine, the konis will not work if you use them with stock SH springs. Also, if you do the install you are going to have to pull the radius rods from the ball joints on the front. DO NOT USE A PICKLE FORK! This will mess up the ball joint boot and you will have to replace it. I learned the hard way. The small pitman are puller will work great for this. And if the stud of the ball joint spins while putting the radius rod back on, just get another jack and jack the car up by the radius rod. This should put enough pressure on the ball joing to allow of the tightening of the castle nut.
Just wanted to let you know before you started.

you must:
a) get the koni specific sleeves from ground control
or
b) get the koni adapter sleeves from ground control.
GC makes a special sleeve for use with koni yellows because the dimensions are different. if you don't use the right sleeve or get the right hardware, the sleeve has the capacity to slide past the circlip causign the suspension to collapse.
as long as you're using new spring perches with the new springs on an SH and not the stock spring perches with the new springs i beleive you can use any prelude suspension on an SH. i'm not an SH guy, but there's something in the SH suspension that has a different radius than most aftermarket parts.
