EK sides on EF hatchie???
yeah.. you can do it. You just have to cut a bit of the EK side-skirt off from the front side portion. I would assume that it would be just as easy as any other Lip. Drill some holes, and your set
But if there's a write up, i dont know.. maybe someone else can point you to it.

I've read a similar tech in HCI magazine, where they had to modify the side skirts from a kit that was only available for a hatch, to fit on a EG coupe. If I were going to do it, I would not trim from the ends just cause the fit and finsih would not look as good IMO...
Heres my method of doing it:
1.Measure the length of area where the skirt goes, and figure out how much needs to be removed from the skirt itself.
2.Tape off the area on the inside of the skirt where there is no details to the skirt (like "aero" designs and such), and cut the piece. Give yourself some extra room to play with! You can ALWAYS remove more, but once you take away too much you're stuck with a skirt that's in two pieces and is too short.
3.Once you have check the fit of the two pieces, use a few clamps or a Workmate to hold the two pieces flat and together. Use ABS glue, or if you want to get difficult fibreglass.
4. Prime the entire piece once it has dried and start sanding to make it smooth (you want to hide the area where the two pieces are glued together). keep repeating this until you have to finish you want.
5. Take down to your local body shop and have the color of your car applied to the skirt.
I hope that helps any. Also, I think you asked a great question and I am actually doing the same to my car

Yea that's kinda the idea I was thinking I had to do alot of mods to my 99 Si front lip to fit on my CRX but I used duct tape urathane and a heat gun..... I'm sure I can do EK sides on my hatchie....... just though I would ask. Rob
