Coilovers: Rice Bounce.
I recently acquired the new Words Rice Bounce,
because it applies to me driving in my car.
I'm not finding what I'm looking for, from the searches.
I think the car has no-name Coilovers... aside from the rice bounce lol.
anyway, is there a way to reduce the Bounce? i cant fuken stand it.. the car is very slammed.
I dont want to go looking for the stock parts that i dont have (i bought the car like that).
And I dont want to go out and spend an X amount of money for a new set of Coilovers.
Can I replace the springs only?? if so, which ones??
my suspension is stiff as wood... love the look.. hate the ride... especially after a long day at work .. i love the stop and go traffic.
thanks.

shocks are either blown, or they arent made for low ride quality the shock travel and spring rate factor in this as well. actually i can't think of any shocks or coilover systems that suppport dumped rides (3"+) except H&R Lows full system.
you probably have cheap coilover that are VERY stiff rates with shitty *** stock shocks/struts or tokico blues, kyb gr2/agxs which arent made for low ride either. like a max of 2.5" even thats pushing it 2" drop is conservative enough for handling and a clean look.

I get the feeling you're on stock dampers. You'll need a new set of quality dampers to control the springs. Depending on your spring rates, I'd go with Tokico Illuminas or Koni Sports. Yes, they will cost you. No, there isn't a cheaper way out, short of going back to stock or comparable soft springs. You pay to play.
Also, I get the feeling you're running too low and bottoming out . . .

If I had to choose between awesome shocks and awesome springs, I'd have some million dollar dampers under there anyday. They are much more important than springs, and many people fail to realize this. We wouldn't have a $60,000 shock dyno here if they weren't.
