is there a way to tighten up the idle screw so it unscrew itself

the idle screw wont stay where i want it to be at (in the middle)
after driving a while the idle screw will come out all the way

only way to make it stay in is by tighting it all the way up

 

there's supposed to be this rubbery kinda of stuff covering that screw. kinda like... silicone? but in the middle, it has a hole in it so you can adjust the screw

 

just set it where you need it to be. then put some honda-bond on it to set it in place.
