Default Lots'o torque vs. Stock drivetrain

So here I am at a local track getting ready to line up a run with a fast orange srt4 (everything minus a bigger turbo + nitrous)... We get the straight away, and I attempt a test pass to see how the tires will hook on high boost (19.5psi) from a roll... 40mph, I hit the 2 step dump the clutch and Im out.. For all of 2 seconds, then the tires hook and BOOM!!! Crrunnnccchhhh ccccccrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkk click click pop boom pow crruuuuuuuunnnnnnchhhh!!!!!! (sp?) I pull her off into the median (because tracks have those now ) and we start examining stuff... At first Im thinkin "hmmmm broke some more axles, cool I'll take it home and fix it"... Well upon further inspection, both axles looked fine... So after banging my head for a bit, we decide to push it into a well lit gas station to start taking it apart... (Yes, I will work on my car just about anywhere ) Well as were pushing, the transmission is making all kinds of cool noises, and it just starts binding up... We had 6 people pushing it at an all out running pace, and BOOM, it comes to a dead hault like someone slammed on the brakes... "WTF?!?!?!" I say to myself... Oh well, try again... Well after this happening a couple more times, we make it into the lot to get a better look... Axles look fine, but something is obviously wrong here...

Its come down to something in the transmission... We will pull it all back apart (I just did this about a week ago ) in the morning to try to better assess the situation, but I dont think its the diff, because I started the car and tried to drive it, and I can move about 10 feet before it starts to bind and make all kinds of sweet noises...

My guess, Final drive went bye bye... I remember this happening to Jason's car (Blown90Hatch) at the track, and his car seemed to do the same thing mine is doing... Just kinda funny how it happened from a roll

So does this mean Im movin up to the big leagues breaking **** like this???

Any input is welcomed, and encouraged

500+ is decent. 1000+ is pretty hardcore.

500+ is not too common, especially in street cars, and when I see 1000 lb ft in a Honda.... Well, I wont.....
