Default CEL doesn't even go away when i turn the Key on... code 1 or 10? this car hates me..

hey....here's the info
98 Ek hatch
96 LS swap
S2 obd2a-obd1 harness
PR4 ECU 92-93 LS

here's the deal
When i go to first start up my vehicle..i wait for my pump to pump fuel and my CEL to go away normally...*on my old honda's*
well on this one...she's likes CEL's...
when i first click the key to the ACC option and let the fuel pump and the Cel to go away it won't go away..it just stays there...even after resetting the ecu...how can it find a problem that quick?..must be somethin obvious...so i check the code..why not??
i check the code and its just one blink..every 3-4 secs one blink....
so i look up the code sheet and i'm assuming its 10...so i look at my IAT..i just re did all my wiring today and its impossible to be that..
anyways so i start up the car anyway..and it runs really crappy..like low idle...bogs a lil..i think my IACV could be cleaned...but regardless that isnt the problem..even tho i will clean it tonite and see..
I drive it down the road and decided to see if anythign else arrose..now i have CEL 43...which is where i'm stuck..Fuel supply system..

I've replaced all of this
Fuel Pump
Fuel filter
IAT sensor
IAT plug
IAT wiring to ECU
IACV wiring
IACV plug
Main Relay
O2 Sensor
for 2 cels...and it was all waste of time..it still laughs...

Check out my video in the ECU code thread. I was throwing a Code 1 in that video so it will give you a idea if u are throwing a code 1 or code 10.
