Default Thursday Before Expo 5 -Caravan Through Kansas City

Hey Midwest Crew,

For all the states that will be cruisin' through KC- myself, Budman, ITR640, and other members in KC going to the Expo are planning to meet up at my shop in Olathe, KS. I have a shop in Olathe that is one block from the I-35 Route to Omaha. I was wanting to figure out what some of the other states plans were as far as meeting up before heading up to MAM. Olathe is in the Kansas City area and figured that my shop location would be the perfect spot to stop and meet up with everyone going to MAM. Let me know what da plans are...

Later,

Brian

Based on where you are located, it looks like the Texas caravan will be passing through Olathe. That is a good spot and I am glad somebody could make up their mind about this. Now I can quit "frettin"

Anyhow, is your shop directly off of 35?

I am glad that a location has been determined so MIGS will stop "fretting"!

I am planning on being at the shop around 12:45 or so, unless MIGS can get the TX caravan here earlier.

Budman, Batoutahell, 640, yourself and myself and any others that I don't know about, need to get together for lunch before we go.

My plans are still not final...but I will be at the shop on Thursday may 26. Still debating whether to leave on Thursday or Friday....It's all pending hotel stay and cost of hotel for whole weekend....unless someone has some extra space for two more bodies...then my decision will be made up soon.

For any caravan rolling through KC- I think that my shop location would be an awesome pit stop location on Thurs.

Let me know.

i have to work on thursday, no 2 ways about it. between weddings and racing, i'll be gone fri/sat from work for 5 straight weeks. good thing i don't really care if i get fired or else i might feel bad about it.

i'll just meet everyone at the hotel that night. actually, i probably won't really see anyone until fri at the track. i plan on getting there super early to set up my canopy and double check everything on the car before i head out. wouldn't want to damage the motor i just rebuilt ya know.

good job!

Ok this is what is going to go on now! You Texas and OK are going to meet at our shop and we are going to go get something to eat. After that go mess around for a bit like at the mall or something(Hot girls at the mall) and wait for Budman to get off work at 5pm. We can either go meet him close to his work or we can just come back to the shop and have him meet us at the shop. I talked to budman about it and that what we came up with. So if you guys have any problems just PM or leave a comment. Cause it's not going to take that long to get up to Omaha from Olathe so if we live at 5:30pm we will get there around 7:30 or 8pm

Travis - I'm I'm leaving work @ 5PM at the latest. We are caravanning up to Jim's to get my car up on the trailor & leaving from there. We will probably be leaving Jim's about the time you are driving by. Call us when you leave & we'll see where we're at.
