I seen some EGs with them blinking fast, I know it usually means theres a problem but is that what it is, or is that a custom job?

 

usualy it means one of the two bulbs are out, but a friend of mine put led bulbs in his and they blink fast. i asked him why he did it(thinking it was gay as hell) and he replied"fast signals for a fast car"

 

usually there is something wrong with the wiring...but you could rig it to work that way too...fast blinkers keepem' stock But to his own

Yeah there is some wire you cut. I think you can also buy a relay to make it do that. I did that to my wife's altima.....I thought it was kina funny....wouldnt spend time or money on it now

 

I think there is a module for your turning signals you can buy, to make them blink faster. Don't know how right I am. I've heard of it, maybe someone was just trying to act like they knew what they were talking about.

 

I like the fast blinking. If anybody can let me know how exactly to do this, I would appreciate it.

its got something to do with the 2 wires for your turn signal...i admit, i did this cool mod once...thats because i rewired them wrong But i forgot how...

My girlfriends new hatchback was like this, the RICER who owned the car before us, cut the middle black wire and it tricks the ecu into thinking the bulb is out!
its gay dont do it. pleaseee

Yea, you are right. I've seen these for sale before.

 

there is no "wire" to cut. yea its ricey and kinda lame. But if your gonna do it, do it right. Search here, theres a thread on it. It has to do with the blinker relay. Its bigger than a relay. But in it there is a resistor. You de-solder it and solder in another one. the less resistance, the faster it blinks. Its like 90k ohms stock, and like 45k ohms would blink twice as fast. Check into this.

 

its a kit that you buy. high speed flashing turn signals. it has a module that comes with it where you can control the speed. this is some old school **** that was the inn back in the days. they attract a lot of popo's... be warned. then again the module lets you switch the speed back to stock when you see them. im not really sure who carries these anymore.

 

SPW sell a unit for it, the unit allows you to speed it up fast or turn it down slow as hell too.
SPW has all the rice gear for Hondas etc.

 

A faster blinking light would get my attention, but where i live, to many rich ******* spoiled snobby ppl to even use blinkers....

dude dont do it. I know a guy that got arrested for fast-blinking lights because it distracted drivers and caused a 5 car pile-up and 3 people dead. Then when the guy told the officer that the car had blinkers real fast and distracted him, they checked for mods and found that it was intentionally modified which was againsted DOT regulations.

The dude got 25 to life.

 

Fast blinks, huh? I remember doing that to my first civic, but that was back in 2000. Like said above cut one wire on a 92-95 and it'll work for you. But dont forget to post up in a week, when you splice that wire back together because you realize it's anoying and well simply put "rice. "

IM not sure how it is with EK's but with eg's all u have to do is cut the middle wire, it was done on my girlfirends car. it tricks the ecu into thinking the bulb is out.
