I just converted my 00 hatch to power windows. Driver's side works fine, but the passenger side will only go down and will not go up. What could be the problem?

I found the problem. When they took off the floor harness off the old car it looks like they just cut the wires between the door and the outside of the car- I guess to take it out easier. Then they just spliced the wires and taped them up. One wire was connected wrong. Now the windows work fine.
