Default skunk2 vs. ractive

can anyone help me out on which coilover is a better ride those are my 2 choices and they are the adjustable coilovers i will be going down about 1.7". after a few searches ive heard that skunk2's are good but there a bit too stiff and bounce a bit? i havent heared of the ractive ones. its for a 93 prelude.

there's no such thing as a "bouncy" coilover. When you put high spring rates on stock (or low-quality) shocks, you get a bouncy suspension. Spring rates on those two will be similar as well but the skunk would definitely be the better quality choice

I been selling both products for a few years now. Ractive is more of your Budget coilover kit. Cheap and will slam your ride. Durability is a big factor. Skunk 2 makes a great kit. There anodized and not plated. And they use better Materials. What it all comes down to is " U get what u pay for". I reccomend Ground Controls or Skunk 2. Use a good aftermarket shock with these and u will be golden. Koni yellows, kyb,Tokico. your call

lemme know how it turns out

i put on the skunk2's today. my mechanic said for me to drive with them normal for a few days so they can work in and sag if they have to. then we will go back and drop it. right now the car is sitting about an inch higher then stock. im pleased with the ride so far. its very similar to stock the only difference is when you go over a hard bump u can feel it doesnt take it as good. but still. im on stock shocks n struts so cant complain
