coil overs
rear LCA bolts tend to seize up on integras. Which means the head will snap off most likely. Make sure to use the 6 side socket, otherwise u might strip the bolt. Make sure to have the whole front/rear of the car off the ground. Use jackstands.

The rear LCA bolt can be pretty stubborn. I've done many spring installs and only once has it gave me any trouble. I ended up having to remove the entire LCA in order to prevent the bolt from snapping off.
You're gonna need a breaker bar for certain, if car is a virgin; the bolts will be pretty tight from the factory. Good luck!

yeah a breaker bar is a must. Also I really reccomend an air compressor. 5 minute job there, isntead of a 30 minute job w/o one.(altho u do't have to bother wita taking apart the strut)
