Default We made it into Honda Tuning

first off, big thanks to Honda-Tech for helping spread the word about our forums and services. Without you guys that joined the site, visited, or just spread the word around to your neighbor, none of this would of been possible without you!! For that, I'd buy you all a beer if I could .

A few months back, Honda Tuning got in touch with the owner of the site. They said they had heard our name mentioned around mainly the Honda boards. I can't think of any other larger or more successful Honda related board than right here on H-T!! Once again, big kudos to those that have supported us in our still early site and forums (created Sep. 04)

Here's the article and link click me! For years we've been trying to preach to people about doing HID the right way, with retros since the early days of the Philips lighting forums and also the old hidforum.com days. Well now perhaps now the masses will listen that its no myth and retros will gain your better results in lighting than the conventional poor HID aftermarket kits. Honda Tuning did an "ok" job as far as the retro goes. They didn't use our shrouds like we suggested but they did use our ballasts, bulbs and projectors. They didn't use a relayed harness like they should have either but then again, we had no part in the actual 'retro' itself. Had we, it would of came out right without a doubt but none the less, we got nationally known now!! Just letting you all know about our little site growing growing and growing some more!!! They did however contact us and let us know that we would be disappointed that they didn't use our shrouds that was sent to them to block the excess light leaking causing glare plus it completes the retro by giving it a finsihed and complete look to it. A few things to note from the article and mainly the title of it. These were Bosch units, not S2000 that the title could possibly mislead to others. They stressed that it is a s2000-style retro and "style" is the keyword. Also, when upgrading your lighting with either high wattage halogens or HID, please always take the safety precautions and wire in a upgraded relay. Its simple cheap insurance that you won't ever have to worry about the possibility of your electrical system failing or melting somewhere. Again, big thanks goes out to you guys here on H-T that helped get our name out there and also who help and visit the our forums because without you guys and the staff and members of hidplanet, Honda Tuning would of never even heard of us or our huge amount of info and knowledge on our site. If any of you need HID help or any lighting help in general, please don't hesitate to join and read up! Tons of info await you!!

Thanks again everyone involved and the Honda community as a whole!!
