All dynos vary... with that said, I've seen a stock ITR with just hytech header back produce those kinds of numbers... but you can't really compare them because they were on different dynos...
That sounds within reason. Please keep 2 things in mind:
#1 - dyno machines are tools. Their calibration and technology used varies from make to make and model to model. If you want to compare your HP and TQ numbers to other people with similar mods, do so with a grain of salt unless the dynos were done on the same day and on the same machine. 183 on your dyno might be 189 on mine.
#2 asking a VAFC to effectively manage a modified engine is like trying to wack off if you did not have thumbs. You only need like $250 for a Hondata S100 from Modacar.com. With that, some camshaft degree advancement, some RC310 injectors, and some tuning, you could see 190hp.
