Awhile back i took off the side mouldings because my fenders didnt have it on. So I went out bought : ball peen hammer, bondo kit, and fiberglass kit. I took the ball peen hammer and tapped the outside of the moulding holes to bend to hole in a tiny bit. Then i took off my door cover and fiberglass it on the inside. Then after the glass dried i got on the outside and i used bondo on the outside. I sanded the outside down to make it flat. I think i like the no side moudling a little bit better.
