Default head for 94 civic

my brothers 94 civic has a warped head that needs replaced. im not in the honda circles so i wondered what is best. a friend that races them says you can buy engines for them for like $150 and he doesnt waste time replacing heads. if anyone knows where i can get an engine that cheap or else where do you get a cheap head from please let me know. soon as possible is good but no problem weighting for shipping or whatever. or going to get it. brother lives in pittsburgh, pa and i live in high point, nc and i travel in that area and even outside a lot so anywhere around there would be fine.
94 civic
1.5 liter
5 speed
let me know if any other info is needed.
thanks

http://www.hmotorsonline.com you can pick up a JDM d15b pretty cheap at both spots... or check the classifieds for someone selling a head...
