i just schedualed an appointment tomorrow to tint my windows. now im having second thoughts.... 96 hatch red with rota slips. i was planning on all windows and front visor limo tint style.

pros- i dont have air con. and its about to be summer! i ts fun to look at people when they cant see you!

cons- not sure if my car will retain that jdm look. after tinting my 97 accord it made my car look bigger for some reason. might get pulled over(doubt it)

does any have before and after thoughts on tinting there windows? did it satisfy you?

Here's my car with limo tint^^^... personally i really like it alot and i feel it is worth the money. People won't be able to see whats on the inside of your car to well and I feel it gives the car a cleaner look. Do it IMO

 

I have 15 all the way around in my 99 hatch. I love it. I think limo shade is too dark.

on a 0-100 scale you have 15%. what would limo be?

i thought 20% was limo and 5% was really dark limo. 20% is the darkest i'd go.

 

20 is plenty dark... any darker than that and you'll start to have some serious issues seeing out of your car at night..

back to the topic, id go with the tint. at least on the back 3. maybe go a little lighter on the front 2. that civic looks really nice btw.

limo tint is 5% (5% of light passes through)

 

i have 20 on my coupe and i like it only thing that sucks is all the counties around me are bitches about it and i always get pulled but in my city they could care less. If you dont mind getting pulled then i would it. I wouldnt go lower than 20 IMO.
