cant get into diag. mode/bogging in low end
so yes I cant get the ecu into diag mode by jumping that jumper...the check engine light should blink steadily correct? it doesnt do that. so i really cant adj. my timing to perfection....
also, once the car warms up, there is no power in the low end unless i floor it. kinda boggy and whatnot. its fine when its cold and at WOT...so ya
I was kinda thinking one of the o2 sensors may be bad, its not throwing a code tho
oya, b16a1 here with pr3 ecu

bump, want to see if it worked cuz my b16a1 w/pr3 is bogging too in the low end. But only off and on, and when its warmed up.
Did switching the o2 sensors work?

typicaly the problem with low/mid end bogging is that the o2 sensors are mixed up. The computer will pull on leaner not see a change in the apropriate sensor and keep pulling it leaner. once you go wide open your in closed loop so it ignores them and just goes straight to the tables that are written in the ecu. Some aftermarket chips will eliminate one of the o2 sensors because this usually ends up being a problem. Do a search in the archives there's LOTS of info about it
