I just finished swapping a ZC and it will blink once for the ignition being on then blick once for the o2 sensor then it will blink once for some other reason. then it shows codes 9 and 14.

ok.. and your question is what is code 9 and 14..? i hope not.. we have all the codes listed here. Second, sounds like you really don't know what code your getting.. goto autozone and get the codes scanned for free, also maybe invest in a code scanner.. you can build one for 18 bucks and about an hour's work if you have an iq over 80.

 

All you have to do is turn the ignition on, how do you make the scanner
