i don't know much about suspension for other cars, but for the rsx, the mugen SS is actually a fairly good priced suspension- at least compared to tein... you COULD get another setup for a little bit less (prob around 800-900), but i figure, i'll spend the extra 100 and at least have real good quality, with just the right amount of drop i want.

I have it on my '98 Prelude SH.
The ride quality is very good! The feeling is firmer than stock, but it will not rattle your teeth out!
My car handled good before I added this suspension, but after... OH MY GOD!... and this is on stock RE92s!!
I'm finally putting on my set of 17" Mugen MZ3X rims with 215/40/17 Bridgestone SO-3s tomorrow and I can't imagine the cornering ability I will have! It should be freakin' unbelievable!!
It is the one mod that I've made that continually puts a HUGE smile on my face!!
