Call the DMV and to a title search. All you need is the VIN.

Your DMV will know better than Honda-Tech. Usually the people there are really nice too.

Try to lien sale it. Ask your local dmv about how to do a lien on the vehicle because of rent due.

If you are in Kentucky then why does your profile say you are in the Midwest?

this is what you do go to DMV file for loss of title they contact the previous owner of the vehicle as long as he ok's it they will send you a new title in the mail. if he doesnt ok it you or your probbably your uncle will here from him all your uncle has to say is option 1 pay him storage fees or option 2 give me the car. but i dont know about kansas but i think in cali if someone leaves a vehicle or personal things after 5 years or so they automaticly is yours.

no htey wont slap you with a forgery charge DMV contacts the old owner for you they use the vin # then they ok it. my grandpa did this when he bought some property the previous owner left a 67 mustang there it was about 2 years later he finnally went to dmv told them the situation they contacted the previous owner sent him the title in his name then he restored it.
