Default sp class rules for cmi's on june 4th and 5th Roll Call

June 25th and 26th sorry guys!
first of all i would like to thank the current sponsors for the class Sinister Racing, CTR products, 1320 motorsports. And shops who r still thinkin about it Redzone, advanced, tech 3. we are looking for more sponsors for a sport FWD class and try to see if more cars will show up!

First the rules are as such Minimum wieght will be 2000 and will be weighed after each pass! No fiberglass one piece front ends, no lexan front windows, and no wheelie bars, Cars must be all motor and of course no BITCHEN! wieght ballast must be properly bolted down to NHRA tech inspection! if your car does faster than 11.49 you must have a cage that is up to tech inspection! first time you go past it you get a warning , second time your out and will be diqualified! no questions asked! the 11.50 index class will be moved back to 12.0 for you guys who cant qualify in the sp class!

come ready to go and dont forget to bring enough ballast to make weight!

remember this is a roll call so dont forget to leave your name and your team or shop!

1. roundeye Sinister
2. brandon Redzone
3. oscar Redzone
4. gabe cruz CTR
5. lucky mike?
6. niel THC
7. tuk THC
8. Albert Sinister
9. albert rios
10. noah
11. Jeremy Redzone
12. felix Advanced
13. chris Advanced
14.
15.
16.

Good luck guys and try to keep the b.s. to a minimum!

If my set-up is complete expect me there. So far it's about 75% chance it will be. And lo is right 25/26th NOT 4/5th

Looks like Im gonna have to add about 75 lbs, shouldnt affect me too much. When you said, " if you run faster than 11.49 you must have a cage", does that meen there is not gonna be an index? Does the car still have to be FWD?

I would show up for a SFWD class if CMI ran one with an 8 car field. That would deffinately be a sweet class.

2050 sounds good to me since im at 2075 or so... haha. but most likely ill be in the 12 sec index... that class sounds pretty cool... Chad, you do need to update your dates for CMI though...

yes lowe i did it again and i cant believe it because i even said the 4th and 5th to tony and he didnt say anything so you guys are right and now maybe i can get my wifes car ready to whoop up on you guys!
I am also thinking about weighing everyone before the race and taking an average of all the wieghts and maybe dropping the minimum dow maybe another 50 pnds. so for now everyone who doesnt conform to the weight needs to bring ballests just in case if you need info on the proper way to add weight to your car check nhrasportcompact rulebook found thru the NHRA website just click on the XPLOD icon and the sport compact rules can be found there! and i Hope no one shows up with so tie down straps or weight shoved under your seat! and the actual date is on june 25 and 26th sorry guys a little ahead of myself!

I like 1950 or even 2000 Chad, it sounds resonable. I was surprised to find out how light these cars actually are! I also found that I need to LOSE weight to get down to 1950. The black DC REALLY needs to go on a diet. Hmmmm?.....
