1.5l 95 hatch, more power off line?

I have a 95 dx hatch i've got a header-back, intake, and 96ex intake manifold. What can I do for more hp, or more off the line. im in school so i dont have all the money. Thanks -

u want more hp and u have no money? its not gonna work. u have 3 options

turbo
nitrous

bolt ons dont do ****
