Approximately how long do aftermarket shocks last on Civics?

Default Approximately how long do aftermarket shocks last on Civics?

I have KYB AGX's with around 15k miles on them....what can I expect to get out of these before I feel the wear?

it depends on how rough the roads are you drive on. the smoother, the longer they last.

generally i would change them every 50-75,000 miles unless i see leakage sooner

yeah, i agree. it just depends on driving conditions in general. do you make fast, sharp turns? etc.

also with the AGXs i think it would also depend on your ride height. Are you at stock height? or what? i'm not certain what the exact spec. is, but i've heard that AGXs lose quite a bit of shock travel after a certain amount of inches your car is lowered.
