20%, but its faded a bit. I need to retint.

I think its the civic that makes the car look cheap

I dunno, I didn't want to blow all my money on rims, and these fit that budget/motif. It was either this or rota's I think I made the better choice. Plus, I haven't seen another set like mine in person yet, so that makes me happy too
