Default bogging down problems....

yeah i just put a motor swap in my civic. b16, when im at a stop i let out the clutch and ease on the gas like normal when i have the clutch all the way out i still press the gas but it like slowly picks up speed, i think it is either im puttin out to much fuel or something. If anyone knows please help me out. im gettin a fuel pressure gauge in a couple of days so i will definently know how much fuel im puttin out. but if you know something let me know, i would really appricate it.
Thanks

I only ask because I have seen it done. Are the spark plug wires in the correct order? Are all the connections tight? Did you switch out the computer?

well when it is cold and it is idling the rpms are high so its ok, but when it warms up alittle then thats when it starts. um it usually does it like 1-4000 rpms, i was thinkin it might be my fuel filter also. i dont know well if you think u might know what it is let me know, thanks
