Default Honda part number requested.......

What's the Honda part number for no. 9 in this image? I want to remove my sunroof panel + sunroof (to improve stifness). CRX's sold in most countries in Europe got stock a sunroof, and part number is nowhere to be found.

That looks like the JDM CRX SiR glass roof to me. I think that the pic is just showing the different roof that you can get. And you cant get a glass roof off a JDM CR-X without cutting the metal off around it and welding it to your North American CRX, which almost always looks wrong. I have seen it done a few times and it all looks incorrect and not smooth. Maybe if you are good at cutting it and good and placing it you will be able to pull it off.

looks like the stock roof to me. From either a DX of HF. and the top one is the Si roof.

looking at the roof, I think it is just the exterior roof panel minus the moonroof from the si. I guess that would be from a crx without a moonroof/popup sunroof.

You could always call majestic and ask them, they may be sold out and that is why there is not a part listing.

It's 100% sure NOT the JDM glass roof.

BTW it's for my EE8 CRX 1.6i VT which came stock with the (c)rusty sunroof.
Doesn't anybody have access to a Honda Parts Catalogue? Part number = part number no matter location..

Just do a search on a model that did not come with a sunroof, and the majestic number will show up. And why don't you just buy another sunroof, it'll last for another ten years.

the cost of welding a new roof on would be alot of money. Why don't you just get a carbon fiber or fiberglass filler and a roll cage to stiffen the chassis.

After all performance mods I've done (including turbo this spring) I still have a chipped hood and dented right panel and rusty sunroof.. I don't like show but it's gotta look decent and I want to be the only EE8 in my country with a closed roof panel!!

Got one on order similar to the one in this racer (FIA approved), needs to be installed nevertheless..
