Default Nsx Superchargers??

I was wondering if the Comptech supercharger performs the same on the NSX as it does on the S2000. If so, im sure i could find something else for $10000 to put on my car. Also, have you ever heard of GruppeM? I guess they make a supercharger for the NSX too. How well does this supercharger perform??? Yes, i did a search and there is nothing for NSX and Supercharger.

Look in the FAQ, too: http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Performance/turbo-super.htm

There are links from there to sections for each of the units on the market.

Also check out daliracing.com and scienceofspeed.com for info on the BaschBoost S/C. It retails for $5,600 and that includes the installation cost. It puts out more HP (366rwhp) and has better reliability (so far) than the Comptech S/C. NSXModified in the LA CA area has a comparable turbo setup for around the same price.

GruppeM seems a little costly and can be found on the above websites also.

Just some more info
Comtech: Twin-Screw supercharger
GruppeM: Roots blower
Basch SC: Centrifugal SC

If you know SC's you know the difference.

Yes, mechanically i know the difference between the 3 types of SC. Screw, Roots, nd Centrifical. But performance wise, i have no idea about the differences. All that i know is that Jackson uses roots, and vortech uses centrifical, right?? But on the NSX, which of the 3 types yeilds the highest gains?? Thanks

If your just asking which puts out more power, then the Basch SC puts out the most.
The Basch is mostly top end power.
The Comtech is more bottom end power.
check out http://www.scienceofspeed.com you can check out dyno results for the Basch.

Personally I think Iwould rather have the Comptech, but since the Basch is so much cheaper I will probably end up with the Basch SC. My mind may change later this month when I get to check out the Basch system.
