Default should i trade my 02F4i > 00Ducati 996

what you guys think? saw a nice 2000 Ducati 996 (red)with 3500 miles mint condition for $7500.. i need to show him my 2002 CBR F4i and see how much i need to add.. i really like how this Ducati looks. I might need to sell my bike instead of trading it..

thanks
chris

Please don't just buy it because it's a Duc.

If you can go ride one one time. Know fully that your F4i will be more reliable then the Duc.

Don't get me wrong I love a clean Italian sports bike as much as the next, but I couldn't own one as my only bike.

its a used bike store, he sells used bikes and he accepts trade.. I jsut found out that the title is stolen recovery, and he said clean title.. im not sure if its gonna be a problem to register.. I have to make sure evrything is fine on the bike before i do the trade.. he still needs to see my bike.. So im not sure if im still gonna do the trade unless they give me a really good deal..

Assuming your bike has a clean title...............why would you want to trade (duc or not) for a stolen recovery bike? Isn't that considered a salvaged title? I sense problems in the future if you trade. You better like to work on bikes if you get the duc................

A recovered bike won't be a problem to register, however its resale value is going to be crap. I vote to keep your nice low mile ride ( but put some on it )

Maintaining Ducatis is a pain in the ***. My friend had one and sold it for an R1 because it costs an arm and a leg...
