Default Transmission problem?

I'm not sure if this is called slipping. But when I start accelrating from a complete stop sometimes it will rev past where it usually shifts to 2nd, then around 4-5k rpm it will jerk into 2nd. If I accelerate slow this usually won't happen.

I was told I should get the fluid changed (82k miles 2000 accord se). I still have not gotten around to doing this.

Now when the car is stopped (in gear or parked) every 20-30 seconds it will jerk forward (the car doesn't actually jerk that far forward, but thats what i feels like). I can feel the vibration coming from below the car, but I didn't think the transmission was even moving while in park?

Thanks
