I just got new belts put on my car, and just recently i noticed that my '95 honda civic is making a really annoying ringing sound and its pretty loud, and i have no idea what it is? can someone PLEASE help! and let me know whats wrong? or what it could be???

Best thing would be to pinpoint the location of the sound. A failing bearing can make a ringing sound. Might be in an idler pulley, or maybe the alternator or AC compressor.
