Would a chipped p28 run...

a B18b1?

I guess yes, but i'm not sure since p28 is a vtec ecu...
So to resume, if i put a stock LS bin in my p28 would my b18b1 run ok with no cel
or i'd be getting a cel from the m4d 7yt3 VtaaaKKK?

yes you can just disable vtec.. not sure if you would get a CEL light tho.

I know with a vtec controller you can set the cross over at like 9k.

You can run a stock P75 (#332) ROM file in the P28. VTEC will be disabled, and it won't switch maps because the P75 ROM file only has one fuel and timing map.
