stock fuel pump with a ZC

well im worried that im hurting the engine because its not getting enough fuel it seems to run ok but i dont want to hurt the pistons is it ok to run a stock fuel pump 88-91 civic dx with a zc will i have any probs

The DX fuel pump will work fine. You will not have any problems with the car running lean.
