Default kyb agx shock question

i just bought from a fellow h-t member kyb agx shocks with neuspeed race springs and my friend put them on his car and the rears are fine but he anit install the fronts correct so when we popped his hood to set them to a different dial one was all smashed up like it kept hitting the hood so much that it wore off the dail to adjust the shocks. and i called the dude i bought them from and he told me they have lifetime warranty on them. so then i called the kyb company and they said they cant do nuttin since i anit the orginal owner they said i gotta go back to him. so im guessin should i give the shocks back to him and have him ship them to kyb ? help me guys im lost

That would be user error. I don't see any way that they would replace / fix them for free

AGX shocks suk anyhow, buy some illuminas, they are actually adjustable, the agx are stiff from the first setting to the last. The illuminas actually dampen opposed to the agx's that just stay stiff
"who wants a stiffy all the time?"

Bwahahaha^

Just find some site online to buy specific shocks you need. They'll probably be 90.00/ea or so

WOW, you are really cool.....This is what is known as a FORUM..people disguss opinions and post them..my opinion is that you have some sort of "squack" problem and need to cool off, I also know that tein s-techs are cheap, bouncy, found all over ebay for $80, and are over-rated like Brett FARVE! Sorry if you don't like my opinion but as far as I'm concerned I'm not the idiot who is mechanically illiderate.
