Default civic hatch suspension adjustments...AMAZING

So i was excited to get my car on the road with the street omnis i had purchased and didnt think twice about the preload. Just threw em in. Got my swap and had roll issues in the front, rubbed, blah blah blah

Today i ripped everything out, preloaded fronts to .75 inches and the rears to 1" and adjusted tire pressures to front 39 rear 36. Took the car out today and WOW nothing has felt better. Its tightened up with much less body roll and i do not rub at all. It made the ride less shaky and made hitting bumps less loud. Alignment still to come!...

that seems like a lot of tire pressure. Is everyone running that high? i only got 30 psi up front and 29 in the back.

i just wanted something crazy jdm for my avatar... as for tire pressures theyve worked great for me... having them slightly higher up front daily driving not only makes the handleing a little better, but allows the wheel to turn that much better becuase i dont have PS and i live in a city. So turning is a bitch.

As for the preload i adjusted them relativeto the housing... its hard to explain.... ill try and take pics this weekend

I thought you set the preload for the amount of drop you have.

Running just under 40psi is good for most applications. The recommended 28 is insanely low.
