Engine light on

What could possibly the problem with my engine light coming on a 99 Honda Accord LX w/ 167k miles?

In one word....ALOT! Go to autozone or some place like that and they will read the codes for free.

P0401 = insuficient EGR flow: Usually caused by clogged EGR ports.
