So even on 24'' slicks with traction bar, making close to 600whp it's still impossiable?

Laskey went 9.30 on an open diff and many have went 10s on an ls tranny. Now stock axles I highly doubt it.

Theres a local guy by me that ran an 11.51 with a stock ls motor and trans in an eg with 270 whp. So I would think 10's is possible with like 400 whp and a bulit motor
Of course I live in Indiana though so nobody ever hears about it

sure is. That's what 99_hybrid does and he hasn't had much for problems either.

Why do you want to run 10's? What's wrong with 11s? or 12's for that matter. I guess those times are "slow" now

I hit 410hp with a garret t3/to4e turbo at 25lbs of boost. Turbo kit was an old revhard stage 2.

My best is 10.13 in Pomona. Stock axles and open diff. This tranny is still alive and well after 2 full seasons of abuse. I am putting an OBX diff in it soon.

My stock LS longblock/tranny setup peg leged went 12.40 and LS_REX has been 11.50's at least 20 times w/ a stock LS longblock and LS trans w/ quaife. I am using a GSR tranny right now but, I may be switching to the LS tranny because for some reason my car hates bigs slicks

my LS trans with stock axles has survived probably 50-75 11 second pass's last season and atleast 20 10 second pass's this season. OEM honda axles, not nappa reman crap. during all this abuse the car has been beaten on on the street too.

anywhere between 400-600+ whp. most runs were in the 450-500 range. only made one 600'ish hp pass on a unprepped track. needless to say all it did was spin.
