Whats the differece

It just means that the final assembly for your vehicle was completed in Canada rather than Japan. All 92+ Civic's were assembled in Canada, and some pre 92's were. To my knowledge there is no differences between the Japanese assembled ones and the canadian assembled ones. If the VIN starts with a J it was assembled in Japan, and if it starts with a 2 then it was Canada.
