Default HJC CS-12

I'm wondering what concerns yall have with a the CS-12...as far as safety i mean. I picked one up for 89 bucks which was a relief and a bit worrisome at the same time. Wind noise isnt unbearable and it's decently comfortable. Hows it compare with some Arai's or Icon's?

I bought an HJC as my first helmet, they aren't bad helmets. I think they are decent for the money.

But I just picked up my Shoei Diabolic, and it's night and day, as far as comfort, wind noise, and venting.

They are DOT approved. They are not unsafe, they just dont have as many features as the "nicer" helmets.
