Spray paint the dash?
I just converted to the black dash but theres a small part of the dash that need a touch up. Can i spray paint it without it peeling later on? Is there another solution?
I also took out the carpet to give it a good scrubing with some soap. Can I do that with the seats too? I assume its the same, just let it dry?

Fix the spot on your dash w/ SEM Color Coat... it's a dye that will not chip or flake. You can find it at auto body paint supply stores... the color "landau black" matches perfectly w/ Honda black interiors.
For your seats, I would use "lifter 1", find it at stores like Advance etc...
That stuff got grease off my seats, and blood from when I took my dog to the vet after he got mangled by a racoon when he was a puppy. It also pulled permanent marker out of the carpet in my house when my dog chewed up a sharpie.

Very well if you apply it right. You need some plastic prep to get all the cleaner and armor all type stuff off. You then get Bulldog adhesien promoter [at pep boys] follow the directions... I would re-dye the entire dash if I were you... it will look brand spanking new. Here's a pic of a steering wheel my friend did for me

the wheel used to be grey.
after watching him I did my dash and some int. of my DA w/ it... very easy.

How has that held up in a high wear area like the wheel?

so you're saying this stuff I can use to change my dark gray dash to black, Fawking A that's awesome. I've been wanting to make my dash black to go with the carpet.
And as previosly stated, what is the longevity of this stuff?

This stuff is amazing. I used it to dye my dash nearly a year ago. My dash was tan and the old color has not shown through and the black has not faded chipped. Be sure the steering wheel is prepped very well. If the is any armor all or cleaner left on it it will flake off.

Holds up just fine... all u have to do to make sure it will is let it sit for a day or 2 before u start using it.
I left mine in the sun for 1 day and then in the house for 2 w/o touching it... the pic of the wheel is after having it in my car for over 6 months.
