has anyone seen this sort of stuff with s-tech springs before ?

1 the car rides horrible ( almost un driveable)
2 the front does not sit any lower at most a half inch lower
3 the back is slammed tucking an inch almost


here's a few of my guess of what could be wrong

1 A: you get what you pay for cheap springs=cheap ride ?
2 A: the levrage of the back sitting to lower is raising the front ?
3 A: bad springs that are saging

the car does have bad trailing arm bushings in the rear , could that cause it to seat so low in the back ?
