Default Gearbox question, which option would be cheaper / more beneficial ...

Hey folks,

I'm currently looking at getting my 99' Si kitted up with an LSD. The prices over here are expensive to say the least (around $800 for a new LSD, Cusco, which does not include fitting) so I am looking at maybe swapping the whole box for that of the Integra Type-R.

Which option do you folks think would be more cheaper or more beneficial ? upgrading what I have or swapping trannies ?

I also found a cheap YS1 tranny, but I am unsure as to whether they would work with my setup. Im also a bit reluctant to swap out my current tranny for an older, un-tested, tranny.

Any help you folks can offer would be great.

Cheers,

- Prob
