Where is the Idle Adjustment Screw on a DOHC ZC?

Where is the Idle Adjustment Screw on a DOHC ZC?
My idle is up near 3k at startup and falls to around 2k when warmed, just curious where the idle adjustment screw is and also if an error code 13 (Barometric pressure) would cause an extremely high idle.
