i bought 89 crx si it has 189k on the engine and on the body, it needs clutch, brakes and a muffler.... the body got rust by the fuel door, on the fenders, and one big rusted hole on the passenger door, he changed starter, alternator, did timing belt and bought a new battery.... i got the car with 15 inch rims and kmart radio (jensen) speakers that were glued around... but the car starts and drives just fine... and i just found out that i will need a passenger axle, which im gona change when im gona change my clutch (since ill be taking it off anyway) i used to have european cars... and after driving this one i dont think ill have a uropean car for along time.... and i never had so much attention from other people... man i love the car... but i just wanted to know if it was a good deal... its not like it really matter to me but i just wanted to know what you gys think... oh by the way i bought it for 800 dollars plus 200 for title and plates, and 85 for city sticker, 200 for a clutch and flywheel, plus insurance which is 500 for 6 month.... plus now i need to get muffler done cuz mine is alll rusted out...

 

i mean it sounds like you have a start to something...

what are you plans? stock? swap? boost?

im thinking just wrk on the suspension and around the body.. not touching the engine that much... i definetly want to get the rust out.... but i wana swap the engine to b16 sir... once ill have money for the engine
