Default Need Help asap. Valve Cover bolts Broke

I was working on my sister's car and the valve cover bolt's tips broke inside the head. I was wondering is there any kind of sealant that would work temperately till I am able to fix this problem or take it to someone to fix it.

By sealant, I'm referring to putting it around the valve cover so that the oil won't escape.

Also, any idea how much this would cost to fix at a Honda dealer or a private specialty shop? Yes, of course I will call on Monday and find out, but i need some kind of rough estimate for now.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

P.S. The motor is D16Y8

I got one out, but the other 4 won't come out at all. They just spin and not come up.

if the extractor wont get it out, I dont know what else could.....maybe you could drill a bigger hole and get a huge extractor..like a #5 or something and extract that little tap they put in the head....it looks like an insertable tap at least. I'm not sure though....

I beleive you can just change out the cam cap that goes along teh center of the Y8 and forget about extracting those bolts if you cant get them. I dont know what you can do about thoe that are actually on teh head...besides what I mentioned earlier.

Anybody else got any ideas?

I have a question on this:
The part circled in red, if I take off the bolts circled in blue, there is a lot of them, and remove what seems to be a "cam cover", will that part circled in red come out?
and replace the whole thing?
